Our approach

  Our assessment capabilities focus on capturing motion, forces, and physiological metrics  (see infrastructure).  However, we are perfectly  capable  to add extra signals.  Our biomechanical assessment services encompass both basic and highly advanced assessment capabilities.  We possess multiple tools to measure identical metrics, differing in accuracy, mobility, and intrusiveness.  In addition, setting up and performing measurement campaigns is only one aspect; data analysis is an equally important part. 


  Due to the vast array of possibilities, a thoroughly discussed proposal needs to be created.   Within this proposal, we clearly define the research questions that need to be addressed.  This includes the specifications of the measurement campaign, post-processing, and reporting.  Only through collaboration with our clients can we truly capture their requirements and formulate an approach that addresses their needs.   

 

   Simple posture-driven REBA and RULA analyses are also possible and are by default included as part of on-site consultancy.

The Mobile Setup

Our mobile setup is truly a one-of-a-kind system. In this video, Prof. Ilias El Makrini explains what makes our setup so unique. The modularity and scalability of our systems provide us with unique capabilities that are of great importance for multimodal biomechanical assessment.
